At the Police Court this morning JSilliam Henry Shirtcliffe was charged with having attempted to propui* abortion, and Thomas Lawsoace with "being an accessory. Both were remanded till Tuesday, bail in ■each case being fixed, accused in * .250 and two sureties of £IOO each.
