FRIDAY, AUGUST 5, 1904. Before Mr F. Hutchison, S.M. —Civil Business.— Judgment was given in tho following undefended cases Wyllie, Stott and Co. (Mr Hutchen) v. 0. Colson. Claim for £174 19s Bd, promissory note dishonoured. Court costs £1 12s, solicitor £2 12s (id. Campbell (Mr Quilliam) v. E. Hooker. Claim £9 (is Bd. Court fees Bb, solicitor £1 Is. —Judgment Summonses.— Aroa Bros. v. Sudfeldt. Judgment summons. The defendant had undertake® to pay to plaintiff's solicitor (Messrs Hoy and Wilson) ten shillings per month to liquidate tho debt. The hearing was adjourned sane die. Morey and Son (Mr Wright), v. H. Buckle. Judgment summons, amount £2lßs 3d; No order was made.
