Charge of Murder.

(Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, August 6. Tho trial of /James liarr, on a charge of having on May 21st murdered Chanley Robertson, was commenced at Vile Supreme Court to-day before Mr Justice Cooper. This is a case arising out of an affray in Charlton.' Avenue, in w)iich it is alleged t'.iat Isarr shot Robertson, a seafaring man, with a revolver. The affair took place in a house occupied by .liarr s wife, from whom prisoner wa'j separated. The case was not concluded when the Court rose.
