OTAGO GRAIN MARKET. DUNEDIN, July 13. The wheat market Is stoudy, with a fair demand for all qualities. Prime milling 3s to 3s Id, medium to good 2s 6d to 2s lud, best fowl 2a 4d to 2s sd, inferior 2s to 2s 3d. Oata—The demand continues good, especially for best sorts. Trime milling and A grade Is lid to Is 7d, best feed Is 5d to 1b medium Is 3d to Is 4d, inferior Is to Is 2d. Barley—Quotations are quite nominal,. BURNSIBE STOCK MARKET. DUNEDIN, July 13. Fat cattle—l6B head wero yarded, only a limited number being prime. Value* of prime bullocks, per IOOIbs wero equal to late rates, and really good heifer beef had the same attention, but cows were at a discount. Prime oxen £lO 5s to £ll, lighter weights £9 2s 6d to £9 17s Gd, light £7 17s 6d to £9, heifers and cows £7 to £7 ss.
Fat sheep—2l62 sheep were yarded. The market opened fairly brisk at equal to last week's rates, but as the sale advanced a decline was notieeable. Best wethers 24s 3d to 25s 3d, best 21s 9d to 23s 6d, medium 203 to 21s 3d, light 17s 9d to 19s 9d, owes 21s 9d to 22s 9d, medium 19b to 21s.
Lambs—32B were penned, and elicited good competition. Best 16s (id to 17s 3d, medium 15s to 16s, lighter 13s 9d to 14s 9d.
Pigs—A largo entry. Suckers 8s 6d to 10s, slips 12s to 14s, stores 16s to 19s, porkers 23s to 28s, baconers 33s to 475, choppers 53s to 735.
