Copeland (New South Wales Agent-General in London) to represent the Commonwealth at the Pacific Cable Conference shortly to l>e held in London to consider the effect on the Pacific business of a proposed agreement between the Commonwealth and the Eastern Extension Company, and also general matters connected with the cable.
