ENGLISH POLITICS.
THE LICENSING BILL. LONDON, May 30. A meeting of twelve thousand persons at the Albert Hall, Ix>rd Peel presiding, condemned the Licensing Bill. The Bight Hon. John Morley ridiculed the idea that the "Trade" was being ill-used, while Mr Arthur Chamberlain protested against legislation for the benefit of the publicans.
