FEDERAL PARLIAMENT.
THE RTr.T, (Received June 1, 1.22 am) MELBOURNE, Mav 31. In the Federal House of Representatives, Mr Watson, Premier, moved that the Conciliation Bill apply to railway servants. Mr Crouch moved an amendment to make the bill apply to Commonwealth servants. This was negatived by thirty-seven votes to ten. He then moved that it apply to <lll State servants. The debate is now proceeding.
