MOTIVE FOR THEIR RISING. (Received May 11, 10.30 p.m.) BERLIN, May 11. It was stated, on behalf of Count von Bulow, in the Reichstag, that the Iloreros spared no Germans from motives of policy. The rising in aimed at the German suzerainty.
