HOOLEY IN TROUBLE.
AREST FOR FRAUD. (Received May 11, 10.30 p.m.) LONDON, May 11. Ernest Tenth Hooley and Henry J. Lawson have been arrested on a charge of conspiring to defraud. (Received May 11, 11.52 p.m.) LONDON , May 11. The Treasury prosecuted Hooley and Lawson for conspiring with others unknown to defraud Alfred Payonne, a publican, by inducing him to invest £7950 in a Siberia goldmine, the concession for which he alleged he had obtained from the 'Czar. Hooley was admitted to bail.
