THE VIENNA STRIKE.
MORE TROUBLE AHEAD. (Received April 27, 12.10 a.m.) .VIENNA, April 26. Count Tiszar's action in .summoning the "military reserves withdrew a thousand strikers from the ranks and precipitated the collapse of the strike. Owing to the -detention of ;54 railway men ringilead'ers, and yesterday's Socialist riot at Elesa, the Socialists are organising a general strike. Count Tisza threatens to proclaim martial law throughout the whole Kingdom.
