A MISLEADING MESSAGE. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 22. The Press Association regrets to liml that n message was sent out from Wellington this week referring to a Kfucsl'iou of costs in which Mr .lellicoe was concerned which places him in a false position. The management was not aware of the telegram being sent, or of its nature, and expressed regret that a message should have been circulated of a character tu give offence to Mr «Jellitoe.
