ITS PERSONNEL. LONDON, Feb. 8 The King has approved of the appointment of an Army Council in accordance with recommendations recently nradfc by the War Commission. The council wil> consist of the Right "Hon. H. O. ArnoM-Forster (Secrc'tary of State for War), General Sir Neville G. Lyttelton, Major-Gehei al .Charles Whittingham Douglas, Maj-or-General Herbci-fc C. O. Plumcr, Brigadier-General Sir Wolfe Murray, Earl DotMHignmore, and LieutenantColonel William Bromley-Devonport (commamdmg 4th Battalion 1.Y.), with Mr Edward Willis as War Secretary.
