COLLIERY TROUBLES.
A LABOUR ASSOCIATION MULCT IN DAMAGES. (Received Feb. 9, 10.28 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 9. Messrs Denatoy and Oadeby, colliery proprietor, have sued the Yorkshire Miners' Association, its trustees aad ollicers, for inducing colliery workmen to go out pn strike.. They claimed £125,000 for special and .also ask Jor an injunction to restrain the association from rf* a repetition of its wrongful acts or r the paying away of the association's funds illegally. » A verdict was given for the plaintiffs, !but the question of damaged .was, held over.
