HOMEBUSH SALES. Received 7, 10.15 p.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 7. At the Ilomebush sales sheep sold at improved prices, and cattlo remained unchanged. Best .wethers 17'S, extra 18, g,ood 15s fid tojlOs. No ewes were offered. Best bullock's £ll, extra £l2 to £l2 10s, good £lO to £lO ss, best cows.£B 10 £8 13s, good £7 15s. Best beef sold at 25s 6d to 26s per 1001b. WOOL SALES. There is animated competition for finer qualities. Greasy and scoured are firm at about last week's closing level, but inferior and irregular lots were passed in.
