A woman rmmed Ruebba, residing in the suburb of Mowbraycon, placed a l übe alongside a post, filled it with wood, then got in and fastened herself to the post, and after pouring kerosene on herself and tho wood, set fire to the pile and was burnt to death. She had been suffering from ill-health. Auckland, October 17. The dead body of Mabel Hutchison, aged 20, a resident of Pakuranga, was found on the Howick beach.
