FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION, Wellington, October 17. Mr Justice Edwards gave judgment in the appeal case in which Samuel Herriot, hotelkeeper, appealed against the decision of the Stipendiary Magistrate convicting him of selling liquor during prohibited hours.
