KB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Auckland, July 28. James Wilson, a middle-aged man, Was oiught on the premises of Phillips, a storekeeper at Lucas Greek. The latter beard a cash box moved on the floor during the night and s-arched the house with a gun. He knocked Wilson down wr an he sprang at him. A rough and ".unable followed but Mrs Phillips appeared with a revolver and further assistance was secured. Wilson told a constable that he would have been better prepared Hd he anticipated euota rough treatment. He pleaded guilty and was committed for sentence.
