Gushing were found guilty of insubirdination, and were ordered a week's imprisonment, The Magistrate said that there was no doubt after the vessel left Newcastle she was unsoaworthy, but when the sailors refused duty arrangements had been made for proper repair, and there was no iutention to resame the voyage till the ve3S9l was seaworthy,
