TEMPTING INVESTMENTS. Anyone who visited this estate on Tu sday rould not fail to have been impressed with its beauty and s .lubrity, Sheltered from the oold wind, one could bask in the sunshine as on a summer's day, while, from the summit of the slope, magnificent views stretched out in all directions as far as vision could reach. No spat in the district hits such attractions for residential purposes. Now that a ra-arrangement of the areas of the smaller sec'ions has been made, the status of the estate has been raised to its proper level. There are only eight quarter-acre section 3 , and probably in most cases more than one of those will be acquired by the same purchaser, sj that the holdings will, as a rule, be half an acre or over. The wise provision of an area at the back of the southern sections should considerably enhance i their value. Fresh plans have been prepared showing the enlarged sections acd these will be available bafore the sale. The road work will be actively pushed forward and also the footpaths, contracts having been let sum;'. With regard to value, the upsets are ex'ramely low and should leave a handsome margin for profit on resale. In fact no better investment is likely to be offered, and as the sale takes place to-morrow intending buyers should inspect the property without delay. There is every indication of a large at the sale, The terms offered are 10 per cant, at the fall of the hammer, 25 per cent in seven days and tbe balance can remain at 5 per cent, for any time desired.
