WANGANUI MSVTINS. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wanqanoi, Februtry 26. The annual meeting of the Vfangtnui and Ooast Rifle Association commenced to-diy. There was beautiful weather and over 100 competitors took p»rt. Tno Mmawatu Matoh was won by Corporal Needham, of Palmerston, with 64 points. The other highest scorer* were Parked, Palmerstou North 69, and Carey, Patea 57. The Tmanaki Matoh was won by Carey with 64 priuts. The first range, 500 yards, of the Wanganui Match wa« firad. Hofman, Palmerston North 69, and Ojrey, Patea 57, were the highest scorers. I Winslade, Wanganui, won the aggregate, Cirey, of Patea b'ing second, and Perrin, Palmerston North, third. The Patea and Palmerston North teams won tha Teams Matoh.
