AN IMPORTANT DECISION. F«r Press Association. Oh&istohukoh, February 37, The Chief Justice delivered judgment in the appeal by a Sumnar hotMkespar from the decision of the magistrate who ooivioted him for supplying liquor to a traveller, who had already had a drink at another hotel. In dismissing the appeal, the Judge said that it waa cleir that the penoo was not a traveller aa he had not arrived from a journey but from another hotel.
