last Saturday I held a sale of drapery on account of Messrs McMasters and Shalders, when there was a good attendance, and gooi prices were realised.
On Wednesday I hald a clearing sale of housebold furniture on account of Mr Joseph Fischer, when there was a large attendance, and excellent prices were realised. Cattle —At Waiwakaiho on Tuesday there was a fair muster of s'.r ck and good attendance. All good strong calves an! younjr cattle were well competed for, and wee mostly sold a 1; tbe hammer at satisfactory prices.
