OBJECT OF THE KWANGHI REBELLION. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Ker.eived 18, 9.41 p.m. London, April 18. Beater's agency states that tbe Kwanghi rebels hold thirty towns, and are armed with Mausers. They declare th'i revolt is intended to overthrow the Manchu dynasty and establish a Chinese Emperor over the provinces of Kwanghi, Kiversan, and Kougtung, the Imperial headquarters to be at Canton. The rebels will not molest Westernera.
