FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Auckland. February i. News by the Ventura states that the erew of the schooner Aliee Macdonald, 'which recently put into Samoa, in a leaky condition, have mutinied. The account of her leaving Newcastle for San Francisco has alretdy been telegraphed. It was the authorities at Apia who drdered 200 tons of coal to be discharged, as they considered the boat was overloaded. The schooner was still at Apia when the Ventura left, and her crew refused to continue the voyage, because, as they stated, she was not seaworthy. The vessel will remain, at Apia until advice has been received from the owners.
