NEW ORDER FOR DISSOLUTION.

PBB PRESS ASSOOIATIO*. Dunbdin, December 3. A fresh order was m»de to-day for the dissolution of the Ward Farmers' Association, this course being necessary in consequence of the Companies Act of last session, which provides that in every case where a company is orde ed to be wound up, or is already in course of being woind up by the Court, the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy shall, by force of the Act, and without the j necessity of any appointment or order, be the sole official liquidator of such company. Thus it comes about that the old order whs no good. The Act also applies to the Colocial Bank, and Messrs Yigerg and Simpson are no longer the liquidators of the bmk,
