PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. Dunkdist, December 3. At a meeting- of shareholders of the Second Magnetic Gold Dredging Company it; was resolved to go into voluntary liquidation. The chairman regretted the small interest taken, as was shown by the fact that although the debentures carried 40 per cent, interest only .£2lO had been applied for.
