PBB PBBSS ASSOCIATION. Eltdam, November 1. The first borough election for Eltham took placj ye-today, and crea'ed grea* interest. Messrs G. W. Tayler and J. Boddie were candidates for the n»yoralty, and polled 177 and 157 votes respectively, Mr Tayler being declared elected. There were 24 candi--1 dates for councillors, and the following nine were declared duly electedW. Li. McGarry, H. Graves, C, Martin, C. Potts, R. S. Alltn, T, N. Blaokhall, H. Thomson, C. Fitch, and T. Runcimm.'
