PISII PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, September 3. Oaptain Joyce, of the Commandant'? staff, has been appointed Adjutint for the Otigo military district; Lieutenan' J. G. Davids, Instructor to mounted I'orps in the North Inland ; Lieutenant H. H. Brown for the South Island. A class of instruction for officers will be held at Wellington on Ist October.
