POLO TOURNAMENT.

PIB PBBBS ASSOCIATION. Wellihgtoh, March 25. A Polo Tournament opened to-day at Miramar, the teams oompetiting being Wellington, Hawke's Bay, Oroua, Christchurch, Hawera, and Rsngitikei. The first round for the Saviil Cup was commenced. Rangitikei defeated Wellington A team by six goals to one. Oroua defeated Hawera by thirteen goals to two. The latter was a very one-sided game, although the defeated team played well at the finish.
