THE BOER WAR
Will be fittingly illustrated with living pictures, myrioramic viewn, and coloseophone selections in the Theatre Royal to-morrow and Saturday evenings by the Edison Kinematograph Company, which is just concluding a short but highly successful tour through Gisborne, Napier, Wanganui, and Hawera, where they have crowded the largest buildings with enthusiastic audiences, in spite of very severe weather. The reports to hand arei very flattering, and all agree that no' finer pictorial display has been wit- { nessed and the colossophone is fully up [to expectations, being loud, clear, and distinct. The descriptive lecturette ie not only appropriate, but instructive, and keeps the audience interested from start to finish. On every hand the show is voted up to date, giving a very good idea of events transpiring in the Transvaal.
