APPEAL COURT.
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, April 24. The Appeal Court unanimously dismissed the application for appeal in the Bouvy case. The case of the Wellington and j Manawatu Railway Company v. Haselden, a question as to liability for partial cost of fencing land purchased by defendant from the company, was argued. The Chief Justice had decided against f.iie company, and the Court now affirmed tbe decision, dismissing the appoal.
