HUNGARY’S REGENT Practically A Dictator Press Association —Copyright (Received 1 11.30 a.m.) Bucharest, July 1. The Hungarian Parliament has passed a Bill giving the Regent, H.S.H. Admiral Nicolas Horthy, wider powers, making it impossible to call him to account for his actions. He can veto any Bill twi,ce, after which Parliament can be dissolved.
