TRUCE ANNOUNCED
Indianapolis Steel Strike Press Association —Copyright. Indianopolis, July 1. A truce is announced between the Committee for Industrial Organisation and the Inland Steel Co., whose 19,000 workers have been idle since Mr John C. Lewis,' called the strike on Mteiy 26. A settlement was arranged by the State Governor. He had mobilised troops when the negotiations were apparently in danger of collapsing.
