Injuries In Auckland Accidents Press Association—Copyright. .Auckland, June 18. A mon was seriously injured and a woman was fairly seriously hurt in two motor car accidents in Auckland, one laslt night and the other at an early hour this morning. In connection witt tne accidents two men were charged in the Police Court this morning. When travelling towards Onehunga about 12 30 this morning a small car crashed into a telegraph pole near Clovernnook Road. A passenger - in the cbr, Mrs Edna Paddy, aged 25, of 132, Church Street, Onehunga, received a severe gash across the face and suffered soock and. abrasions. Thrown through th. windscreen of a car after -a. collision with a verandah post in Karangahai e Road last m-gnt, Mr William B.igood, o-f 145, Grey’s Avenue, City, suffered, severe lacerations to (the hetid. He is reported to be in a serious condition.
