DAMAGES AWARDED
N&pier Claim Prees Association—-Copyright. Napier, May 20. A sum of £750, in addition to £229 4s 5d admitted, with costs, was awarded by a jury in 'the Supreme Court at Napier to.day when the sum Of £2OOO was claimed by Charles Thomas Luxon from Steve Kuzmich fit the result of an accident at A'w'atot'o last September.
