INDECENT ASSAULT CHARGE
Press Association —Copyright. Dunedin, May 14. A case was concluded in the Supreme Court to-day in which Daniel Rutherford Murray was charged with indecent assault on a girl under the age of 16 years, or, alternatively, with assault. After a retirement of an hour and a half the jury found Murray not guilty.
