George Gould, who lives at Trafalgar House, wag severe’;/ burned and taken to the Wanganui Hospital, where he is reported to be progressing favourably. Other workmen who suffered from the effects of sulphurous.' fumes, but were able do go -to their homes wers Messrs. L. Lockett, Springviale Road, M. McKenna, 9 Tanguruu Street, Wanganui East, J. Penn, 19 Alexander Street, J. Higgins, 218 Heads Road, B. Phillips; 101 Campbell Street, and A. Witt, 51 Jones Street, Wanganui East.
