It is with extreme feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction thivt 1 regard the proceedings of this last week,” said Archdeacon J. R. of Wanganui, at a. meeting of ahe general synod of the Church of EngLand a*t Hamilton this afternoon. “I cannot say it is anybody’s fault,” he added. "There is no one I can blame.
