Kirkwood, has returned I to her home in Wadestown, Welling, ton. * * * Mrs L. J. Furrie, Orlando Street, was “At Home” on Tuesday afternoon. Her drawing-room was full of beautiful flowers —-gladioli, phlpx zinnlps and chrysanthemums, and she received her gues.e in a floral georgette gown, Autumn tinted. Miss Rhea Furrie was 'Wearing a smart navy blue-printed ninon, with touches of rose pink. The guests were. Mesdames D. J. Malone, S. Fitt, J. Fredric, A. O. Hugo, H. Kirkwood, I. Anderson, P. D. Jefferies, and Miss. Malone.
