Pumpkin Pie. Method: Whisk two eggs and add i-cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon treacle, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ginger, J teaspoon nutmeg, and li cups tnilk. Combine thoroughly and add 2 cups sieved pumpkin pulp. Pour into a plate lin d with short pastry and bakt et 450 degrees F. for 10 minutes to rook the rim ot the pastry. Reduce the heat to 325 degrees F. for 30 m: nut: s to cook the custard. Sufficient for one large pie (8-9 in plate) or tro small onet 4-4iin plate).
