Aitken Cup Competition Last Night. The annual competition, for the Aitken Cup, a one-man dry coupling event among members of the Stratford Fire Brigade v.'as held last night end the yinner, Fireman J. Davis, sre?‘ted a record for the contest, knocking 7 2-5 s ct. from the previous record of 51secs., established last ye'ar by Fireman W. Davis, The ?up was presented to the brigade for annual competition by Secretary P. T. Aitken.
The results of last night's contest were: Fireman J. Davis 43 3-ssec. 1, ■fireman A. Fawcett 45 2-ssec. 2, Fireman G. Buckky 46 2-ssec. 3, Fireman H. Keller 50sec. 4.
