NAZI PHILOSOPHY
Court s Attitude To Crime. Press Association—Copyright. Received 11 a.m. Berlin, March 8. Under the Nazi philosophy, whatever serves the community is right. A lawyer in the Weimar Court pleaded that in shooting his dangerous, demented son, the father had not harmed the community. The Court refused to pass the death penalty, but sentenced the father to three years’ imprisonment. The father admitted shooting his sleeping son, because he was a menace to the villagers.
