Duke of Gloucester’s Intimate Friend.

The Daily Telegraph understands that the engagement will be announced shortly of a member ot the House of Commons, Lord Wiliam Scott, the Duchess of Gloucester's brother, aged 26 years, and Lady Rachjal Dduglas Home, daughter ot the Earl ot Home Lord Scott is the Duke of Gloucester’s most intimate friend.
