“It is time that we took the business of politics pretty seriously and stated our preference as to whether we are going to be governed by a Labour Party for years to come or whether We are going to have a Government representing every section of the community,’’ said the leafier of the National Party, the Hon. Adam Hamilton, in addressing a gathering of about 200 people from all parts of the electorate at Martinborough tonight. Mr Hamilton was heard with intense interest and at the conclusion of his remarks a hearty vote of thanks and an assurance of undivid ed loyalty was carried unanimously and with acclamation.
