AMBULANCE TRIPS.

Sixty-three Calls Answered During Year.

The ambulance had run 783 miles during the past year in answering 63 calls, reported Metsrs Kleeman and Bishop to the Stratford Hospijjal Board meeting to-day. The cost of petrol, oil and sundries worked out at 2.457 d per mile. Members considered that the existing arrangement had worked very saitisfactoriily. Appreciation of the use of the ambulance at the New Year race meeting was expressed by the Stratford Racing Club. A donation of £1 Is was forwarded.
