Thrice allowed her freedom on bail because of " thp disagreement oj juries, Mrs Isabel Annie AVes, alias Craike, Hastings will stand her 4th ‘ trial on seven charges of using an instrument with intent to procure a miscarriage. The third Jury disagreed yesterday afternoon and an application for a fourth trial waa made thif afternoon. After a consultation between sihe Napier Crown Prosecutor, Mr. H. B; Lusk, and the H. H. K.C., the case will 1% heard again on' February 15 at Wellington.
