The third Jury disagreed yesterday afternoon and an application for a fourth trial waa made thif afternoon. After a consultation between sihe Napier Crown Prosecutor, Mr. H. B; Lusk, and the H. H. K.C., the case will 1% heard again on' February 15 at Wellington.
