Leon Trotsky has disclosed that he intends to speak to a New York audience by telephone on February 14 during a pro-Trotsky meeting there unless the United States Government forbids it. Trotsky intends to defend himtelf against the accusations of Joseph Stalin that he conspired against the Soviet with Herr Hitler and Japan.
