Minister’s Dictum Applies To All Classes. Press Association—Copyright. Wellington, Last Night. In .connection with the recent intimation of the Minister of Education, the Hon. P. Fraper, that public schools would not reopen before February 15 it is learned from the office of the Minister of Education that this decision applies to all public schools, whether primary, secondary or technical, and to training colleges. It is expected that private schools will remain closed in accordance with the decision. It is further intimated that teachers, including training college lecturers, will not be required to return to duty before February 15.
