Press Association —Copyright. Received 11.30 a.m. Moscok, Jan. 18. M. Bukharin, editor of the Izvestia, has been dismissed. He has been under a cloud since the Zinovieff trial, when an attempt was made to implicate him in the plot against Stalin.
