Coincident -with a story iOf M. Stalin wearing a dinner jacket, the Russian emigrant newspaper! Segodnya says that Soviet {diplomats abroad have been instrfuefjed to give moHe attention to their bearing, dress manners, in -order to create a (good impression in social circles instead of living in relative isolation.
The paper says that apparently they must deck themselve s tn the garb of the bourgeoisie and cultivate friends among the upper classes.
